By using the www.swifno.com website or the Swifno Mobile Application, you (the “User”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at www.swifno.com. Your continued use of our services after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended. If you are having any kind of issues using our mobile app or website, have a complaint, or simply want to give us props for our awesome services then please don't hesitate to call or email us. We are constantly looking for ways to improve ourselves and making sure you are having the easiest time with little to no frustration when you use our platform and services.  

TERMS OF PAYMENT
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your bidding including any applicable taxes, using our mobile app and website. Swifno does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, of any third parties related to the delivery of your items. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any bid or delivery request.

Swifno and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel courier bids at its discretion, including, without limitation, if we are made to believe that customer conduct violates applicable law, disrupts our normal business activities or is harmful to the interests of Swifno and its affiliates. Swifno, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS, MAKE NO WARRANTY; 

(1.) THAT THE SERVICES, THE MOBILE APP,OR THE WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR ‘UTMOST’ REQUIREMENTS.  

(2.) THAT THE SERVICES, THE MOBILE APP, OR THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE AT ‘ALL TIMES’. 

(3.) THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF SUCH SERVICES, THE MOBILE APP OR THE WEBSITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE AT ‘ALL TIMES’.  

(4.) THAT THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH SWIFNO, OR THROUGH ANY ADVERTISERS OR PARTNERS, WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS AT ‘ALL TIMES’.  

(5.) THAT THE PRICES AGREED UPON BY THE COURIER SERVICE PROVIDERS ON THE WEBSITE AND/OR DISCOUNTS PROVIDED THROUGH THE WEBSITE WILL BE HONORED BY THE COURIER SERVICE PROVIDERS.

(6.) THE WEBSITE OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

Swifno is a registered trademark in Nigeria and other countries. The Swifno trademark may not be used in connection with any service that is not Swifno’s in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among clients or in any manner that disparages or discredits the Swifno mobile app .  

INDEMNIFICATION
User agrees to indemnify and hold Swifno, its Mobile Application, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of User’s use of the Services rendered by Swifno, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by User, or other users of the Service using User’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.  

GENERAL
If any provision of this Terms and Conditions Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that this Terms and Conditions Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Swifno, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. This Terms and Conditions Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a User. User agrees that by accepting this Terms and Conditions Agreement, User is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described herein and on the website and mobile app . 

Privacy Policy
All debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

Swifno's website and mobile app Terms & Conditions and Policies may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the   requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
